People often ask us how we ever thought of ReclaimU and the truth is that it all grew out of a simple conversation in Judy’s living room. It began with the simple concept of writing articles and sharing the lessons we learned during some of the major turning points in our lives and our businesses.
As people began to value this information, our dream expanded and we decided to take it to the next level. We were inspired to create a place where people can go when they are creating change in their lives; a place with tools, information and support for individuals who are moving forward and navigating change in their business, career or personal life. What you currently see at www.ReclaimU.com is just the beginning of the realization of that dream.
The more time we spend working on ReclaimU, the more amazing people, businesses and resources we discover. We are absolutely thrilled to have the ability to be bring everything together for people to utilize at their convenience.
The launch of the ReclaimU Guide is our first major step to connect people to resources which support them as they choose to move in a new direction. Our provider program will expand and strengthen everything happening in the Guide, while the Phoenix Center and sponsorship program will "top it off" as we complete the first round of website updates and new service launches. After that….well...you’ll just have to wait and see ‘cuz we’re keeping it a secret!
This year will be monumental for us – we will have all the excitement and speed of creating and launching new programs, tempered by the periodic uphill climb of implemention and adjustment. We are looking forward to every minute of it, and are excited that you are part of the action! We love working together and creating great things for our clients – and we look forward to celebrating as each of you flourish on the new paths you have chosen to create.

Sandy's Story
it; to wonder if you are crazy and if you'll ever get there.
I'm lucky to be a wife and a mom, and from the outside I was living the American dream. My husband was an engineer at a large automotive supplier. We had a nice house in a lovely neighborhood, 2 new cars and the kids went to a nice private school. We had enough money to live comfortably and everything looked great - but it didn't feel right. Oh sure, I had my volunteer work and I knew it made a difference. I enjoyed taking care of my family and had plenty to occupy my time. But I just felt like there was more.
I didn't even know what "more" was. I didn't long to go back to work. I didn't want more stuff. I was just restless.
What happened next was a journey that took me from there to where I am now. Now I'm a business owner, an author and a speaker. I work from home where my husband now homeschools our children. We live where we want to live - 2 miles from the white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan. I've designed a life I love, one that feels good and makes me happy. I've filled it with activities I like, work I love and the people I enjoy spending time with. Now I can say - I love my life!
I know what it's like to just feel frustrated and uncomfortable for no apparent reason, to have no idea why you're restless and not know what to do about it. I also know what it's like to chase a dream - to see where you need to go and to have to keep learning, growing and changing just to follow
Judy's Story
expected of me. I chose the major that was expected of me. In my early 20's I did what I did just because that's what was next and what was expected of me. I didn't understand that I had the ability to choose the direction I wanted my life to go in. All I knew is that I hated where it was.
I tried all different kinds of things. For years I tried multiple businesses, jumped from job to job, and never found found anything really satisfying.
After I had kids I decided to be a stay-at-home mom. I loved being with my kids, yet still I knew there was more. Outside of raising my children everything seemed superficial, I was just going through the motions without any sense of purpose or gratification. I didn't even know what I liked or what made me happy. All I knew is that I had no direction.
By trying a lot of different things from starting businesses to training to personal growth, I found the path out. I found out what I like, in fact what I love, and now I do it every day. I no longer live the life that is expected of me, but rather the life that I expect. I am living the journey that my life is supposed to be. I have created my own businesses, all centered around my dream of helping other people find their direction, while still having time to be mom to my teenagers, a wife to my husband.
People described me as the perfect daughter, the perfect student. I got good grades, participated in sports and was always the responsible one. I did the right thing and always did what was expected of me.
